I grew up in a small town in France, surrounded by winemakers and farmers, where the rhythm of the seasons and a deep connection to the land shaped my earliest memories. Years later, in Paso Robles, I found that same sense of community—a place where tradition, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for wine brought people together.

My journey to Odyssée began in California, at Benom Wines, where I worked alongside Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre—two French brothers blending tradition and innovation in Paso Robles. Their wines, rooted in French heritage and shaped by California’s terroir, revealed the beauty of uniting two worlds.

This experience, like Ulysses’ odyssey, shaped my path and brought me back to France with a vision: to create something extraordinary with my fiancée. Together, we founded Odyssée, crafting tailored journeys that blend the heartfelt hospitality of Paso Robles with the timeless tradition of French wine, gastronomy, and culture.

Travel has been an integral part of my life from an early age, thanks to my parents, who instilled in me a love for exploration—a passion I’ve nurtured ever since. In France, I was drawn to the world of wine, eventually pursuing a career in the industry and discovering French wines and their makers.

This journey has taken me to extraordinary places like Spain, Mexico, and ultimately to Paso Robles, California. There, I had the privilege of working with Viquel and Scott Hawley at Torrin Wines. As pioneers of the Paso wine region, Scott's expertise and significant contributions to the area's wine scene were invaluable. Their generosity and heartfelt commitment to the community is something I will always cherish as a lesson I aspire to carry forward.

With Odyssée, my goal is to share the passion for travel and discovery that has shaped my life. I focus on crafting personalized journeys that offer travelers lasting memories and a genuine connection to the beauty and culture of France.
